okay so i understand the art is absolute masterpiece, the animators cooked with this one , and the concept is kinda unique (not many football anime ) but I don't really think this is how a sports anime should look like.

There’s barely any team spirit, and the whole “I’ll crush you” / “I’ll kill you” energy feels way too intense for something that’s supposed to be about a team sport. Like… imagine saying that to your teammate/other team member in real life 😭 It’s entertaining, but also kinda wild in a way that pulls me out of the “sports” vibe entirely.Like bro , i want to see a football anime not a fighting anime 🥀and what is with these mosters poping out of nowhere , like wtf there is barely a ball in the field

im not saying it should be ''hi we are going to be enemies but let's act like pookies '' but it's wayyyyyyyy too much the whole ''i will crush you '' thing for the whole anime

Also, the fandom can be super toxic. It’s totally fine to love the show, but the way some people attack others for just having a different opinion is annoying af

Not saying it’s a bad anime! It’s just not the peak of sports anime for me. Shows like Haikyuu or even Kuroko’s Basketball capture the true spirit of competition and teamwork better, imo.
