Is it just me or more then 70% of all the newgen animes trying to make wh**/b**** look good by giving them a sad backstory and romantic reltn with the mc. It feels like the only purpose of characters like that is to deliver a msg to the
Female audience"prostitution or cheating on your husband/bf is not a bad thing. If you are young and you think you had a sad life then just f*** as many man as you can and you will get money+ your true love".. And to male audience"pure and Honest women are nothing special you shouldn’t waste your time on them just find a wh*** and marry her It dosent metter if she date or f*** other dude Infront of you she just had a sad backstory that's it".
Now i know sometimes it’s important for the story BUT only SOMETIMES and besides they put more efforts into those character then the entire anime.
