I was just scrolling through my phone and I randomly checked my screen time and it shocked me , it's freaking 10 tp 12 hours in every single days 😱.


So guys is there anybdy like me here who spend most of the time in their screen . I know it's bad it might ruine your health , from here on iam gonna minimise my screen time hopefully🙂.
