21:42 I honestly hope Stain kills this dude. I truly can't stand him. I think this was a great episode, we're getting an early look at Stain's vigilante life and he doesn't seem to have gone down the path of killing fake heroes just yet. If anything he's just a guy going around killing villains. Though I'm curious to see how and why he changed so much later on. I'm starting to like Pop☆Step more as time goes on. I was 50/50 on her, but now she's growing on me. 8/10. Great episode👍.
